We are working with a well established organisation to appoint an experienced SHEQ professional.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and support a team of SHEQ professionals.
- Encourage a strong health and safety culture
- Review, develop and enhance SHEQ policies, procedures and best practice.
- Monitor performance metrics for growth and innovation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory and operational standards are maintained.
Experience
- 3+ years experience within health and safety, ideally gained in construction, utilities or another highly regulated sector.
- Proven management experience
- NVQ Level 5 or 6
- CertIOSH membership.
- NEBOSH Fire qualification.
- CSCS card
