About the Role:
- Work closely with a small class of learners to support their education journey.
- Adapt to individual needs and provide one-on-one support throughout the school day.
- Encourage positive behaviour and help keep students focused and engaged.
What We’re Looking For:
- You don’t need formal qualifications or experience in education—just the right attitude and a passion for helping young people. However, the following experiences would be beneficial:
- Supporting young people facing challenges in or out of education.
- Working with children or adults with mental health issues.
- Exposure to therapeutic approaches.
- Any previous experience with youth work, mentoring, or support roles.
