About the job:

The Inclusion Manager will work as a member of the Inclusion Team, to support the Year Curriculum Leader and Key Stage Managers within the school. The overall responsibility of the postholder is to support the personal social and academic development of students and promote their well-being within their specified Key Stage, as well as implementing the school's behaviour policy. The Inclusion Manager will be committed to inclusion and working successfully with young people in a multi-ethnic school setting.
