Engage Education is working with a supportive and inclusive nursery in Chichester to recruit a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their Early Years team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young children at a vital stage in their development within a nurturing and well-resourced school setting.
The Role
- Full-time Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 qualified)
- Supporting the class teacher and wider EYFS team
- Helping to plan and deliver creative, play-based learning activities
- Promoting a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff

The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
- Previous experience working with nursery or EYFS-aged children
- Passionate about early learning and child development
- Confident, nurturing, and proactive in the classroom
- Committed to safeguarding and supporting all learners
