Job Description
Engage Education is working with a Primary school in Brighton and Hove to recruit a learning support assistant. The school is accessible by public transport and focuses on providing nurturing support for their learners.
Applications for the position are welcome from candidates of ranging experience although previous experience working with students with challenging behaviour is an advantage.
This role will be working 1:1 with a range of children with differing needs including Autism and ADHD.
If you are a future/aspiring teacher, or an experienced SEN teaching assistant this opportunity could be ideal for you. In addition, if you are passionate about working with children or have experience as a Youth Worker or Behaviour Mentor and you are interested in education, please do apply.
This role is to start ASAP, ideally in the next few weeks.
You will:
- Have experience working with students aged 5-11 or 11-16
