Engage Education is partnering with a West Sussex school to recruit a Pastoral High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support pupils with SEMH, SEND and behaviour needs. The role focuses on pastoral interventions, safeguarding and reforming behaviours to enable re-engagement with education.
The successful candidate will deliver 1:1 and small-group sessions, create and review IEPs and behaviour plans, and work closely with teachers and external professionals to ensure positive outcomes.
