The Role
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Supporting children with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and adapting activities to meet individual learning needs
- Supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing, behaviour and social development
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement EHCP targets and support plans
