The Role
- Full class teacher responsibility for a Reception class
- Planning and delivering engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework
- Creating a stimulating, inclusive and child-centred learning environment
- Supporting children’s academic, social and emotional development
- Assessing, monitoring and tracking progress through observations and assessments
- Working closely with parents, colleagues and support staff to ensure every child reaches their full potential
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within EYFS, ideally Reception
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early child development
- Creative, nurturing and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Committed to delivering outstanding learning experiences for young children
