As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant you will work across different phases of the school depending on need. Your day may involve supporting pupils who exhibit challenging behaviour linked to sensory processing or social understanding, as well as working gently and patiently with learners who require a calmer, more reassuring approach.
Duties include:
- Supporting pupils with Autism and complex communication needs
- Managing behaviours that can be unpredictable or sensory‑driven
