At Engage, we understand the importance of quality support staff in schools. We have built strong relationships with secondary schools in Wakefield and are looking to expand our pool of Behaviour Mentors for these schools. We have a position available in a Wakefield secondary school starting after May half-term. If you possess organizational and strong communication skills, this role could be ideal for you!

The Role:

  • Supporting students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
  • Collaborating with support staff to maximize classroom engagement.
  • Assisting pupils with Autism, SEMH, ADHD, Severe Learning Difficulties, and other Learning Disabilities.
