We are working in partnership with a number of welcoming primary schools across Haringey to recruit aspiring Teaching Assistant Apprentices for September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while completing a fully funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship, worth over £7,000. Throughout the programme, you will receive dedicated support from experienced school staff and your apprenticeship provider, enabling you to develop the knowledge and practical skills needed to become a qualified Teaching Assistant.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 within the classroom.
- Work with individuals and small groups to improve learning outcomes.
- Assist teachers in preparing engaging lessons and classroom resources.
- Support children with additional learning needs, including SEND and EAL.
- Help create a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment.
- Develop your confidence and classroom practice while working towards your qualification.
What You’ll Receive
- £55–£65 per day while completing your apprenticeship.
- A fully funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification worth over £7,000.
