About the role

At Engage Education, we are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant for a fantastic school in Sutton. This is a full-time position to start as soon as possible and continue until the end of the academic year, with the potential to continue into the next academic year for the right candidate. This role is ideal for a graduate considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, or working with children and young people. You will gain valuable classroom experience while supporting pupils across a range of subjects and year groups. The school has a supportive team and is committed to helping both pupils and staff reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in any subject

Role responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

  • Supporting children with additional needs where required
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
