Engage Education is recruiting a Student Behaviour & Engagement Officer for a secondary school in Ashford, Surrey, starting in September 2026.

This is a full-time role with ongoing training and career development within a supportive leadership team.

You will support students with behaviour, attendance and engagement, de-escalate incidents, and work with teachers and pastoral staff to deliver targeted interventions that improve learning outcomes.
