About the role:- Teaching English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
- Monitoring and assessing student attainment and progress
- Supporting students to develop confidence in reading, writing, and communication
- Creating an inclusive and positive classroom environment
- Working collaboratively with departmental colleagues
- Contributing to the wider school community and enrichment opportunities
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching English within a secondary school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for English
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
