HR Coordinator required at a fantastic school in Berkshire. Engage Education has specialised in recruiting education staff in all roles for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to work at a fantastic school in Berkshire. This will be a Long Term Temp position until March 2027, with a salary between £28,000 to £31,500 per annum.

About the role:

  • The role is Monday – Friday.
  • As the HR Coordinator, you will be part of a close-knit team that works hard together to ensure the smooth running of the entire school.
  • Duties can include:
    • Using the school’s internal system to record data
    • Various administrative tasks
    • Using HR best practices
    • Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
    • Covering reception duties

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Experience working in a school
  • CIPD Level 3 minimum
  • A real passion for working within an education environment.
  • Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role.
