Role Information:- Conducting specifically tailored 1:1 & small group support for children with SEN
- Creating warm and inspiring atmosphere for children throughout school day
- Creating and sustaining meaningful rapport with students
- Communicating with colleagues and reporting to school SENCO
- Located in one Manchester secondary school for full academic year
- Paid £60 – £80 per day during term time
- Monday to Friday role from September 2026 to July 2027
- FREE online CPD courses across array of subjects
- Guaranteed TA qualification pending completion of 11 month course – Level 3 with option of Level 4
- Option to join school permanently pending course completion
- Experience supporting children in any capacity
- Psychology, Education Studies or Neuroscience graduates desirable
- Naturally outgoing and engaging individual with interest in teaching
- Commitment to pursuing a career within education
- Open to full-time work beginning September 2026
