We are recruiting for a School Caretaker in Hammersmith. The role requires an experienced facilities professional to manage the school campus.
Hours: 10am – 6pm, Monday – Friday, temp – perm.
About the role: As a School Caretaker, you’ll supervise work across the school with both external and internal contractors. You will have keyholder responsibilities and will be expected to:
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Security work, overseeing the main gate at break and lunch time
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean and sanitise restrooms
- Painting and decorating
- Empty trash cans and replace liners
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- General maintenance work
About you:
- Experience working within a school environment
- A valid DBS on the DBS update service
- Be available to interview and start immediately
