Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

As an LSA, you will provide critical support to both students and teaching staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the delivery of personalised teaching, working with students individually or in small groups.
  • Supporting pupils in sensory activities that promote engagement and development.
  • Helping to prepare resources and materials that enhance learning experiences.
