The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire pupils and promote a love of learning.
- Teach the National Curriculum across your allocated year group (EYFS, KS1 or KS2).
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, using data to inform future planning.
- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and school events.
- Uphold high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and professional practice.
- We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching within a UK primary school (ECTs are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A creative, enthusiastic, and reflective approach to teaching.
- A commitment to ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
