About the role:
- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, following school planning where provided and ensuring high-quality learning continues.
- Adapt confidently to different primary schools and classroom environments, building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where children feel supported, motivated and encouraged to achieve their best.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a calm, safe and productive atmosphere throughout the school day.
- Support the wider school community by demonstrating professionalism, flexibility and a proactive approach to every placement.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification).
- Have recent experience teaching within UK primary schools.
- Be confident delivering lessons across a range of year groups.
