Engage Education in Portsmouth is seeking a Positive Behaviour Mentor to support a range of vulnerable pupils from Reception to KS4. You will calm and de‑escalate, manage behaviours effectively, and work with staff to keep lessons engaging and on track.
Training will be provided; prior SEMH or trauma-informed experience is preferable. The role offers full or part-time hours, 8:15am–3:30pm, with DBS checks required.
