About the role:
This is a full-time temp to perm position with working hours 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday, all year round.
£40,000 – £42,000
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager or Senior Administrator to join our team in this key deputy school management role. The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for multiple departments, providing high-level operational and administrative support while working closely with the Principal to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the academy. This role requires someone who is highly organised, proactive, able to prioritise competing demands, and confident building strong working relationships across all areas of the school.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Experience of working in a busy school or college environment.
- A real passion for working within an education environment.
- School Office Manager experience
