About the role

Full‑time temp‑to‑perm position, working hours 08:00 – 16:00 Monday – Friday.

Office Manager Duties

  • Finance – input invoices, raise orders, confirm fee payments, add students to the portal to claim funding.
  • Premises – liaise with contractors, book jobs, write risk assessments, work with premises assistant to ensure tasks are completed.
  • Admin – cover reception (currently in the mornings) and lunch breaks or when the receptionist is absent.

The Ideal Applicant

  • Experience as an office manager / PA to the Head or senior administrator with management responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with SIMS, Arbour or Bromcom.
  • Experience working in a school or college environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
