Your Responsibilities
As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced teachers and support staff to:
- Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
- Help deliver engaging learning activities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Assist with literacy, numeracy, phonics and classroom interventions
- Support children with their emotional, social and academic development
- Prepare classroom resources and learning materials
- Promote positive behaviour and help create an inclusive learning environment
