We are recruiting Trainee Teaching Assistants to work in welcoming primary and secondary schools across Wimbledon, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, Speech and Language needs, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), and other learning difficulties. About you:
- Passionate about supporting children and young people
- Patient, caring and resilient
- Reliable and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults is desirable but not essential
- Experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant or through personal experience of SEND is welcomed
- A driving licence is advantageous but not essential

Our programme combines practical school-based experience with a comprehensive CPD programme developed by experienced educational professionals and our training partner, Creative Education. You’ll learn:
