Engage Education is recruiting Apprentice Teaching Assistants to work in welcoming primary schools across Merton from September 2026.
You’ll support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 while completing a fully funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.
This is a full‑time term-time apprenticeship with paid employment from day one, offering hands‑on training within a supportive primary school environment and ongoing mentoring from Engage Education throughout the programme.
