Nursery Practitioner Required for a School-Based Nursery in Morden

We are currently looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming school-based nursery in Morden on a full-time basis for the next academic year.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive early years team, helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Your Responsibilities
As a Nursery Practitioner, your role will include:
- Supporting children’s learning and development through play-based activities
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging early years activities
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Supporting children’s personal, social, and emotional development
- Encouraging independence and promoting a safe, nurturing learning environment
- Working closely with the class teacher and wider Early Years team
The Ideal Applicant Will Have
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
- A genuine passion for supporting young children’s development
- A positive, patient, and caring approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
