About the role:
We’re currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 After School Club Manager to join a fantastic primary school in Wimbledon. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and confident in leading a safe, engaging, and structured after school provision.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and managing the daily running of the after school club
- Planning and delivering engaging activities for pupils aged 4–11
- Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
- Managing behaviour and promoting positive social interactions
- Supervising and supporting other club staff where required
- Liaising with parents and school staff effectively
What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a relevant field (essential)
- Previous experience working with primary-aged children
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role (desirable)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, energetic, and nurturing approach
