We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the learning and development of pupils with additional needs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access the curriculum
  • Assisting teachers with differentiated learning activities and interventions
  • Helping create an inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
  • Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs as part of a structured SEN programme

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or educational setting
  • Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred
  • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
