  • Deliver high-quality classroom supervision across a range of subjects, ensuring pupils remain engaged and focused in the absence of the class teacher.

  • Support pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND, by providing guidance, encouragement, and appropriate classroom support.
  • Promote positive behaviour, pupil wellbeing, and an inclusive learning environment where every student feels respected, supported, and able to succeed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent behaviour management skills, as well as previous experience of working within a school environment.
