We're currently looking for enthusiastic Part-Time School Administrators to work in a primary school in Kensington. Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we're looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools. Our Engage Education Services team specialises in the placement of non-classroom based staff including Administrators, HR, Finance and Facilities.
Working hours are 8am – 4pm, 3 days a week during term time only.
Responsibilities- Use the school's internal system to record a high volume of data
- Assist the Office Manager & Office Staff with various administrative tasks
- Answer the phones
- Welcome visitors and parents
- Communicate effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
- Cover reception duties
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Assist with attendance, admissions and welfare
- Experience of working in a busy school or college environment
- A real passion for working within an education environment
- Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) or ARBOR within an administrative role
- We pay all our staff in line with the Agency Worker Regulations, meaning your pay will be equal to that of a permanent employee.
