The Role: As a Sports Graduate, you’ll wear two hats: a Learning Support Assistant and a PE leader. In the classroom, you’ll support students in their academic and personal development. On the field or in the gym, you’ll inspire a love for physical activity, promoting health, teamwork, and resilience. Key Responsibilities
- Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering lessons, adapting materials to meet students’ needs, and ensuring every child is engaged and supported.
- PE Leadership: Plan and lead engaging, ability-appropriate PE sessions that inspire participation and foster a lifelong love of sports.
- One-on-One Support: Provide tailored assistance to individual students or small groups, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.
