Positive Behaviour Assistant Required for School in Seaford

Engage Education is currently recruiting a Positive Behaviour Assistant to join an all-through school in Seaford, supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The school provides specialist support for pupils with a range of social, emotional and behavioural needs across both the primary and secondary settings. The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly across both phases, supporting pupils according to the needs of the school.

The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting young people with SEMH needs and helping them overcome barriers to learning. Previous experience working with pupils with SEMH, particularly those with attachment and trauma-related needs, would be highly desirable.

Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with a range of relevant experience who are looking to develop their career within specialist education.
