Your role as a Trainee SEND Teaching Assistant: You’ll work closely with teachers and support staff to help students access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their personal goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Helping pupils with SEND, SEMH, Autism (ASD), ADHD, and communication needs
