About the Role
As an Apprentice SEND Teaching Assistant, you’ll support students with additional learning and emotional needs in a welcoming and inclusive school environment. You will:
- Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Work with pupils with SEND, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties
- Help students develop confidence, engagement, and emotional regulation
- Support classroom learning, literacy, numeracy, and interventions
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and learning resources
- Encourage positive behaviour and inclusion across the school

We’re looking for someone who is:

- GCSE Maths & English Grade 4/C or above
- Experience working with young people or vulnerable individuals
Applicants must not currently be enrolled on another government-funded course.
