About the Role
Engage Education is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to work in partnered primary schools in Leeds LS14. This role offers an opportunity to develop your teaching practice while contributing to whole‑school support and classroom delivery. You will join a supportive and dedicated team in a nurturing environment with excellent facilities. The school supports professional development for staff, providing a foundation for early‑career teachers to grow and make an impact. If you are passionate about teaching, can assist in planning and delivering lessons, support student progress, and provide leadership among support staff, we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications and Experience
- QTS and UK school‑based experience
- Confident in taking on HLTA responsibilities, including leading small groups, covering classes, and supporting lesson delivery
- Experience working with children across primary age ranges
- Ability to guide and support teaching assistants, including contributing to their professional development
- Confident working with pupils with a wide range of SEND needs
- Secure understanding of the National Curriculum
- An inspiring educator with a genuine passion for working with children
- Creative, enthusiastic, and able to bring new ideas to the classroom
