Flexible day to day supply as well as full time longer-term roles available. Can accommodate teaching from EYFS to Year 6 roles. Primary Schools in Leeds. Monday to Friday term time only. 08:30am until 15:30pm. QTS required. Immediate start available as well as September 2026.
About the Role
Engage Education is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher ECT to work in partnered primary schools in Leeds. This role offers the opportunity to develop your teaching practice while contributing actively to whole‑school support and classroom delivery. You will join a supportive and dedicated team in a nurturing environment with excellent facilities. The school is committed to the professional development of its staff, providing a strong foundation for early career teachers to grow, gain experience, and make an impact. If you are passionate about teaching, able to assist in planning and delivering lessons, support student progress, and provide leadership among support staff, we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications
- QTS and UK school based experience
- Confident taking on HLTA responsibilities including leading small groups, covering classes, and supporting lesson delivery
- Experienced in working with children across primary age ranges
- Able to guide and support teaching assistants, including contributing to their professional development
- Confident working with pupils with a wide range of SEND needs
- Able to demonstrate a secure understanding of the National Curriculum
- An inspiring educator with a genuine passion for working with children
- Creative, enthusiastic, and able to bring new ideas to the classroom
