About the Role

As an Apprentice SEND Teaching Assistant, you’ll support students with additional learning and emotional needs in a welcoming and inclusive school environment. You will:

  • Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Work with pupils with SEND, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties
  • Help students develop confidence, engagement, and emotional regulation
  • Support classroom learning, literacy, numeracy, and interventions
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation and learning resources
  • Encourage positive behaviour and inclusion across the school

We’re looking for someone who is:
