Your Role
As an Apprentice SEND Teaching Assistant, you’ll support children and young people with additional learning and emotional needs, helping them achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting pupils with SEND, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and learning needs
- Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
- Supporting classroom learning and interventions
- Helping teachers prepare lessons and learning resources
- Building positive relationships with students and staff
