Learning Support Assistant – Reigate
Location: Reigate, Surrey Pay: Up to £95 per day Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-Time

We’ve spent over a decade building strong relationships with schools across Surrey and are currently working with an Ofsted ‘Good’ primary school in Reigate to recruit two dedicated Learning Support Assistants for long-term positions starting in September 2026.
About the role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in helping pupils reach their full potential by providing tailored support both inside and outside the classroom.
Working closely with teachers and the wider SEND team, you’ll help create an inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported, engaged, and confident.
Your responsibilities will include
- Providing one-to-one support for pupils with additional learning needs, including those with SEND.
- Delivering small-group interventions to reinforce learning and develop key literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing, confidence, and independence throughout the school day.
- Adapting learning activities and resources to meet individual needs under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupils to engage fully in classroom activities.
- Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support individual learning plans where required.
- Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
