Learning Support Assistant – Epsom
Location: Epsom, Surrey Pay: Up to £95 per day Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-Time

We’ve spent over a decade building strong relationships with schools across Surrey and are currently working with an Ofsted ‘Good’ primary school in Epsom to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join the team in September 2026.
Responsibilities
- Providing one-to-one support for pupils with additional learning needs, including those with SEND.
- Delivering small-group interventions to reinforce learning and develop key literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing, confidence, and independence throughout the school day.
- Adapting learning activities and resources to meet individual needs under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupils to engage fully in classroom activities.
- Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support individual learning plans where required.
- Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Requirements
- Valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant, or a strong interest in supporting children with additional learning needs.
