We are now working with a secondary school in Lancing who require an experienced teaching assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with students with Autism, ADHD as well as Social Emotional and Mental Health.

The ideal applicant will:

  • Be available to work full time and be able to commit to a long term role
  • Have experience working with students with Autism, ADHD, SEMH
  • Experience working with Sensory Sensitivity
  • Be confident, flexible and enthusiastic, supportive and calm in nature

About the school:

This is a good secondary school in Lancing with an experienced SENDCO and team who are committed to reducing the attainment gap to ensure that students with SEND can access the broad and balanced curriculum. The team are experienced, nurturing and focused on providing personalised learning programmes for their students.
