All students have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and present with a range of needs, including:

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs

  • Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and therapists

  • Are confident working with pupils with additional needs or challenging behaviour (desirable)

  • Are positive, patient, and resilient
