About the role

The role is Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm.

As the HR Officer, you will be part of a close-knit team that works hard together to ensure the smooth running of the entire school.

Ideal applicant

  • A Level 3 or Level 5 CIPD qualification (or being worked towards one).
  • Experience working in a school.
  • A real passion for working within an education environment.
  • Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role.
  • HR experience in schools.
