We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to work at a fantastic school in Hillingdon. This will be a Long Term Temp position until March 2027, with a salary between £28,000 to £31,500 per annum.
About the role:
- The role is Monday – Friday.
- As the HR Coordinator, you will be part of a close-knit team that works hard together to ensure the smooth running of the entire school.
- Duties can include:
- Using the school’s internal system to record data
- Various administrative tasks
- Using HR best practices
- Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
- Covering reception duties
The ideal applicant will have:
- Experience working in a school
- CIPD Level 3 minimum
- A real passion for working within an education environment.
- Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role.
