About the role
At Engage Education, we’re currently looking for a unique and qualified HLTA to work full-time at a successful, forward-thinking primary school in St Albans. You will become part of an enthusiastic team, working in a nurturing and academically successful environment with outstanding facilities. The ideal applicant will be:
- A qualified HLTA with experience teaching
- Experienced in working alongside children
- Manage a team of teaching assistants and supervise the work of other teaching assistants and contribute to their on‑job training and their continuing professional development
- Be confident working with students who have a range of SEND
- Able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
- An outstanding educator with a love of children and teaching
- Able to inspire and innovate in the classroom
