About the role:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with complex additional needs
- Supporting students with communication, sensory, physical, and learning needs
- Assisting pupils to access personalised learning activities and interventions
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- Helping pupils develop independence and life skills
- Assisting with personal care needs where required

About you:
- Experience supporting children or young people with complex needs is desirable
