About the Role
You will work across this vibrant, multi-form primary school, supporting teachers and helping pupils reach their full potential. From running small learning groups to giving one-to-one encouragement, the role is dynamic and varied - no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils on a 1-to-1 basis and leading small intervention groups
- Assisting class teachers with lesson delivery and creative learning activities
- Helping children build confidence in literacy, numeracy, and broader subjects
- Assisting pupils with additional learning, language, or behavioural needs where required
- Preparing classroom resources and helping maintain an engaging environment
- Sharing feedback with teachers on pupil progress
- Inspiring positive behaviour and helping every child thrive
