Overview

School Administrator Required for Secondary School in Ealing. At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic full-time School Administrator to work in a school in Ealing. Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools. Our Engage Education Services team specialises in the placement of non-classroom based staff including Administrators, HR, Finance and Facilities. Working hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm during term time only. Temp-perm.

Responsibilities

  • Using the school’s internal system to record a high volume of data
  • Assisting the Office Manager & Office Staff with various administrative tasks
  • Answering the phones
  • Welcoming visitors and parents
  • Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
  • Covering reception duties
  • General administrative tasks
  • Assisting with attendance and welfare

Qualifications

  • Experience of working in a busy school or college environment
  • A real passion for working within an education environment
  • Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role or ARBOUR
  • Experience doing school welfare/first aid
