This unique opportunity has been designed for aspiring Teaching Assistants, graduates, career changers, and individuals looking to build a rewarding long-term career in education.
What Is Included?
- Full-time paid SEND Teaching Assistant role in a mainstream primary school
- Fully funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification worth over £7,000

About the Programme
You will be employed as a SEND Teaching Assistant within one of our partner primary schools, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- ADHD
- Speech and Language Needs
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH)
- Moderate Learning Difficulties
Working alongside experienced teachers and SEND professionals, you will develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives while completing your qualification. The programme runs for approximately 11 months, combining hands-on classroom experience with structured professional development and training.
